- SIC pick up is done from the respective hotels between 0830-0950 Hrs.
- Evening Return SIC Pick-up from Ocean Park is 20 minutes after the “Symbio” show. The Pick-up point from Ocean Park is near the HSBC Bank ATM located next to the ticket counter.
- Guests can purchase Indian Meal Coupons for Ocean Park from us.
- Should the guests miss the morning transfer to Ocean Park for any reason, we can arrange for the e-tickets to be faxed or emailed to the hotel, but we regret that no separate transfers can be provided in such cases.
- It may kindly be noted that e-tickets are much more expensive than the group ticket which is normally issued for the guests availing the SIC transfer, and as such the cost of transfers cannot be covered if we need to issue e-tickets for the guests who miss the morning transfer. In such cases, we regret that the guests will need to arrange both-way transportation on their own, should they miss the morning SIC transfer to Ocean Park.
- If people are travelling in a group or a family group, and only some of the members are ready at the given pick-up time, we regret that the waiting time limits as given above will still apply, and in such cases, it is entirely up to the group whether they would like to leave the rest behind and join the SIC transfer, or skip the SIC transfer and make it to Ocean Park on their own. Should they decide to go on their own, they will also need to arrange their return transportation at their own cost, as explained in the earlier point about the issuance of e-tickets.
- For Private transfers, if the pick-up time is not specified in advance at the time of making the reservation, the pick-up will be at 1030 Hrs from the hotel lobby, and the maximum waiting time would be 20 minutes.
