Important Information Concerning Transfers
Transfers – SIC Basis
Disclaimer: Seat in Coach Basis – A comfortable Van / Coach will be provided to your guests depending upon total no of arrivals. Please note we will be clubbing passengers arriving around similar time and dropping at various hotels. It is possible that your guests might have to wait for other passengers to arrive and their hotel may not be the first one for the drop off. The same holds true for departure transfers and other sightseeing tours as well. In case you feel this would be of any inconvenience to your guests then we recommend that you book a private vehicle at a supplement cost.
Please note that there is no SIC service available at Hong Kong as well as Macau, between 2300-0700 hours. Should your flight arrival or departure fall between these timings, only private transfers can be provided.
It may also be noted that for SIC Arrival Transfers from Airport to Hotel, the maximum waiting time is 90 minutes after flight arrival time. Should the guests be held up inside the airport for any reason (delay at immigration etc) and fail to reach the meeting point within the stipulated time, the would be required to arrange their own transportation to the hotel, as SIC transfers are shared with other guests using the coach and cannot be held at any point for an extended period.

SIC Transfers – Disneyland to Hong Kong Hotels:
Guests staying at Disneyland at any of their hotels may kindly note that SIC services from Disneyland to hotels in Hong Kong/Kowloon side are available twice a day only, around 1230-1300 hrs and thereafter between 2030 hrs to 2130 hrs, depending on the timing of the the fireworks display, which may take place between 2000 hrs to 2100 hrs.
Guests going directly to Macau from Disney hotel can get the SIC transfer to the ferry pier between 1430-1500 hrs only.
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL SIC TRANSFERS
- The pick-up point will be from the hotel lobby or the designated areas as specified by us.
- Pick up requests from any other venues cannot not be entertained as SIC does not permit much flexibility.
- Similarly, drop offs will be to the designated venues and hotels only. It may kindly be noted that requests for getting off at some point on the way cannot be accepted due to traffic and coach rules, as regulations permit tourist coaches to halt at designated areas only.
- All placards will be under the name of Continental HK Travel Services Co Ltd., as it is a shared SIC service, and hence it is not feasible to carry placards in individual guest names.
Private Transfers
Private transfers are best suited for passengers requiring transfers to suit their own convenience and timings. Usually the transfers can be provided from any point to anywhere with-in the city, as per the price quoted to you in advance. The type of vehicle, however, will depend on the total number of passengers to be transferred.
It may, however, be noted that the private transfers too have their limitations, and guests are requested to be punctual, and be available for pick-up at the appointed time. Please do note that the maximum time that the driver will wait is for 20 minutes, and should the guest fail to show-up within that time period, the vehicle will return and the service will be treated as availed, and we regret that there would not be a refund in such a case.
Half-Day City Tour Of Hong Kong
We provide a complimentary Half-Day City Tour of Hong Kong based on Seat-In-Coach service. As such, this is a limited duration tour, with pick-ups from the hotels between 0800 to 0850 Hrs. The tour covers Avenue Of The Stars, JC Jewellery Factory, Aberdeen Fishing Village (Sampan Ride here is Optional), and Victoria Top Level. After the tour, the guests are dropped at the Tsim Sha Tsui shopping area to explore the shopping areas on their own, and thereafter, they are required to make their own way back to the hotel. Hong Kong Half Day City Tour WEF 01 Feb 2019
It may kindly be noted that the halt at each point is for a limited duration only, and the halt at Victoria Peak is also a brief picture-taking halt only.
As this is a complimentary service, we very much regret that there would not be any refund permissible in case the clients are unable to take the tour for some reason. Similarly, in case they wish to explore any of the en-route attractions for an extended period of time, they have the option of staying back and returning to their hotel on their own. In such a case also, we regret that no refund would be possible.
Important Information Concerning Macau Packages
Please note that most of the packages for Macau hotels are based on Hotels’ Special offers and Free Shuttle Services provided by the concerned hotels. As such, we do not charge you anything for transfers within Macau – from Ferry Terminal / Airport to the booked hotel, or Vice-Versa.
The schedules for the free shuttle services for these hotels may be downloaded below. It may also be noted that these schedules may change at any time at the sole discretion of the hotels. Should a free shuttle service be unavailable at a particular desired timing, the guests would be required to arrange their own transport from the Ferry Terminal / Airport to the hotel, or vice-versa. We regret that in such a case, Continental would not be able to offer any refund, as this service is not being charged for. It would also be highly appreciated if this information could be shared with the guests at the time of their booking.
