Terms & Conditions

• Booking Period : May 01 to July 10, 2017. Travel Period : May 01 to July 15, 2017.
• Complete package should be booked through Continental HK. Offer is not applicable on room-only bookings. Offer is applicable to new FIT bookings only, and will not apply to group bookings.
• Tram Ticket & Entry Ticket to Madame Tussaud’s will be handed over only on the day of tour itself. If the guest fails to join the tour for any reason, there will be no refund whatsoever, as the tour is provided on a complimentary basis, and the One Way tram  & Madame Tussaud’s tickets stand forfeited. Stand-alone tickets for the tram and Madame Tussaud’s will not be issued under any circumstances.
• The tour cannot be arranged on arrival day. If required on the departure date, the flight departure time should be after 1900 hrs.
• Tour cannot be arranged if guest have other optional tours booked after the HK city tour, such as Disney Tour, Ocean Park Tour or transfer to Macau / Shenzhen & etc.
