We would like to inform you that the existing facility of issuing the 144 hours visa to visit Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhuhai & Guangdong District through tour operators has been temporarily suspended with immediate effect.

Accordingly, we with immediate effect we will be unable to arrange for this visa, and even bookings which have been made earlier, which are scheduled for travel as from now, will be affected, since this visa can no longer be used unless the facility is reinstated by the Chinese government. Currently the suspension is in effect till 15 September 2016, but could also be extended.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused on account of withdrawal of this facility. However, being a decision taken at the government level, we are totally helpless in the matter, and request you to kindly bear with us.

For bookings already made using this facility, please note that overnight trips planned to the affected areas will need to be changed to a stay in either HKG or Macau. For bookings involving a day trip to Shenzhen, the amount of the tour will be refunded. For all existing bookings, may we request you to kindly mail the concerned staff handling the booking to take further action in the matter.

Once again, please accept our apologies due to the inconvenience caused on account of this unforeseen development. We will update you once this facility is reinstated.
