It is our endeavour to provide the first available ferry from Hong Kong International Airport to Macau, which is also subject to the Minimum Connecting Times specified by the ferry operator, and further subject to seats being available on the ferry.

For flights arriving in Hong Kong early in the morning, it is important to note the following information:

Based on the above, departure timings, guests who arrive in the morning may have a long transit time at Hong Kong International Airport, and we request you to kindly share this important information with them in advance.

In case the guests wish to take an earlier connection from the City pier, please do note that in such cases, the guests will be required to clear arrival immigration at Hong Kong airport, collect their luggage, and then take a private transfer from the airport to the City pier at additional cost. Clearing immigration and collection of luggage may take up to 90 minutes, depending on the rush at arrival immigration counters. Thereafter, the private transfer from Airport to City pier may take another hour, depending on traffic conditions. Upon reaching the City pier, the guests will then need to check in at least one hour prior to the ferry departure and then clear the departure immigration again.

This would not only cause inconvenience to the guests, but may not actually save them much time, and there would be the added cost of a private transfer involved as well.

Accordingly, we would request you to kindly discuss with your guests whether they would prefer to remain in transit at the airport, or check out of the airport and take a ferry from the City pier, bearing in mind the above factors.
