For Availing Ferry Services When Combined With SIC (Seat-In-Coach) Transfers For Travel
Applicable in case ferry tickets are redeemed as part of Hotel’s Package & Transfers in Hong Kong are booked on SIC basis:
Upon arrival, the guests must contact the concierge desk / reception to redeem the ferry tickets at the time of check-in at the concerned hotel. It is advisable to redeem the ferry tickets at least one day prior to the date of travel, or better still, immediately upon check-in, as sometimes seat availability on the desired ferry can be a problem, if booked closer to date of departure.
Guests who are scheduled to stay in Hong Kong after checking out from the Macau hotel (Venetian / Sheraton etc – wherever ferry ticket is include in hotel’s package), and whose transfer in Hong Kong from the Ferry Terminal to the Hotel is booked on SIC basis, are advised to book either the 1200 hrs OR the 1745 hrs ferry in order to get the seat-in-coach basis transfer to the hotel upon arrival at Hong Kong.
Meeting point at the Sheung Wan Ferry Terminal is the West Bridge.
The coach providing the SIC transfer to the hotels will depart from the ferry terminal at 1415 Hrs / 1945 Hrs respectively. We regret that the SIC service is not available apart from the above two timings mentioned above, and in case the guests choose to arrive in Hong Kong earlier or later than the above timings, they will need to make own arrangements to reach the hotel.
Guests who are proceeding directly to Hong Kong Intl Airport from Macau are also advised to book the ferry departing a minimum of 4 hrs prior to the connecting flight’s departure time from HKIA. Please book this as soon as you check-in, in order to ensure seat availability.
Applicable in cases where ferry tickets are issued directly by us (not part of Hotel’s own package) but Transfers in Hong Kong are booked on SIC basis:
For all guests who are scheduled to stay in Hong Kong AFTER visiting Macau, and whose transfer in Hong Kong from the Ferry Terminal to the Hotel is booked on SIC basis, we provide the 1200 hrs OR the 1745 hrs ferry only, in order to be able to avail the seat-in-coach basis transfer to the hotel upon arrival at Hong Kong.
